Craig Kunkle

Craig is a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of GenePace. Prior, Craig started his career at Procter & Gamble, held leadership positions at Angie’s List, and at a local home building company where he served as Director of Land Development and was President of a small privately-owned telecommunications company.

His early career then merged into the political landscape. Craig served as Chief Operating Officer for the Indiana Republican Party for Mitch Daniels’ first campaign for Governor of Indiana. He was then appointed as the youngest delegate from Indiana for the 2004 Republican Presidential convention. Following that Craig worked as a financial consultant for Mike Pence’s campaigns for Governor in Indiana as well as Governor Eric Holcomb’s successful bids.

During his work in the political campaigns and committees, Craig seized on an unmet need and developed a database tool that runs on the Salesforce.com CRM platform for organizations to manage their accounting, fundraising, and financial compliance operations.

Craig is also the managing partner of FirstMile Security, a residential home security company he purchased in 2011.

Craig currently serves as the Treasurer of Congressman Gregory Pence’s campaign committees in Indiana’s 6th Congressional district.

Craig is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. He lives in Carmel, Indiana with his wife and 4 children where he serves on the board of the Carmel Youth Assistance Program and the local Young Life Committee.
